REQUIREMENTS:

1. State legislature needs to adjust legislation to adopt it.

2. State legislature needs to make voter list.

3. State legislature needs to order Vote Me voting system with reasonable estimate.

4. New system needs to start with small elections and pile up reputation gradually.

VOTING FLOW

1. Mail ballots to voters( details: hover below )

Election comittee print out voter's address and ballot using Vote Me aggregation computer.
They put a printed ballot into unprinted envelope.
They put a voter's address label on a closed emvelope and mail it.

2. Fill out the ballot

Ballot instraction paper has voter-number and candidate-numbers, which has their names.
Ballot form uses mark-sheet normal paper.
Voter marks voter-number and one candidate-number.

3. Vote (registar the ballot)

Voter take marked ballot to polling place.
Voter does not need ID to vote.
Voter scan ballot with mark-sheet reader and take it home.

4. Review and change of registration

Polling place voter can check own vote registration on website.
Polling place voter also can change it, if it is before the time-limmit.
Other voters can change it before the election date.

5. Aggregate voting results

Vote Me computer register and aggregate set of 8 digits and 3 digits number each day.
The computer summarize all date's data on election date.
The computer can show up voting results at several view points.

Vote Me Voting System WEBSITE

Open Vote Me WEBSITE and make account with your voter registration detailes and password.
Access to vote registration page with your 8 digits voter-number and check your vote record. At first, there's none.
you can register your ballot also change the registration, if it is before the summarization date.
After the date, aggregation computer sends you the result of the election and also your final vote.

Vote Me aggregation COMPUTER

Vote Me COMPUTER reads and saves the voter list of the county up to 1 million. It also makes all voters' address-form for mailing.
It makes enough voter-numbers for voters. Each voter-number has different random 8 digits number to identify voter safely.
It gives each voter-number different sets of randam 3 digits number. Each of those represents a candidate.
It makes the ballot-forms for mailing, which contains set of voter-number and candidate-numbers.
It blocks unlisted voter's making account or registering ballot with wrong voter's number.
It saves all voters' ballots from the website, from mails at the election committee and from pollimg places.
It reads 8 digits and 3 digits number on each ballot and answers candidate's official index number.
It summeraizes the data and shows the result. Turnout, total number of votes, valid and invalid votes, number of votes per candidate, etc.
It sends the results of the summarization and own vote to voters.
It can be deleted afer the results got approved.
